Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the MPA.
As well as some required basic information, our application form has space for details of your schooling and your employment. At the end of the application form, provision is made for uploading digital copies of relevant documents, such as an Identity Card, or Student Identification.
After you have submitted the application form, an email will be sent to acknowledge receipt of the form. If you do not receive such an email, please contact us to make sure that we have your correct email address.
Please allow from 2 to 6 weeks for processing your application. Once your application has been processed, we will send an email requesting payment of the membership fee, which can be paid either through Paypal (with your own Paypal account, or with a credit card) or with a cheque.
