Types of Membership

  1. Ordinary Membership: For individuals 18 years old and above who are interested and actively engaged in the field of psychometrics. Ordinary members must have at least a bachelor's degree in fields that apply psychometric procedures, such as psychology, education, applied statistics, medicine, human resources, artificial intelligence, security, forensic science, etc.
  2. Life Membership: Open to any ordinary members of the MPA who prefer to pay a commuted sum instead of the annual subscription. To be eligible for life membership, a person must have been a member of MPA for at least a year.
  3. Associate Membership (non-voting): For individuals who are somehow involved with psychometrics or a related field, but are not eligible for Ordinary Membership.
  4. Student Membership (non-voting): For students who are currently enrolled in a certificate, diploma, or degree program in psychometric-related fields.
  5. Corporate Membership: For organisations that are interested in the goals and objectives of the MPA. Corporate members are entitled to nominate two representatives to the MPA.
