Q: What are the dates of a membership year?
A: The membership year is the same as the calendar year, beginning on the 1st of January and ending on the 31st of December.
Q: What do I need to do to renew or cancel my membership?
A: Membership must be renewed annually. Your membership can be cancelled at any time by emailing our webmaster (webmaster@mpa-ppm.com).
Q: When is the payment due date?
A: Payment for a membership renewal must be made by the 1st of January to avoid suspension of membership.
Q: Will there be a refund for membership cancellation?
A: Membership is on an annual basis, therefore a refund will not be given to an individual who cancels his or her membership during the membership year.
